Join us for a six-course journey through the flavours of Morocco - a cuisine renowned for its spices, fragrant herbs, and the effortless interplay of sweet and savoury that makes it one of the world's great culinary traditions

First course:
Paprika Carrots, Saffron & Preserved Lemon Yoghurt, Toasted Almonds & Candied Sultanas served with flatbread

Second course:
Harira
A hearty traditional Moroccan soup that has many variations,
this is a delicious blend of lentils, vegetables & herbs

Third course:
Roasted Vegetable Bastilla served with an aubergine & pomegranate salad
Bastilla- savoury & slightly sweet filo parcel

Main course:
Harissa Marinated Chicken with chickpeas, spinach & glazed sweet potato

Dessert:
Meskouta, with flavours of orange & olive oil.
Served with a citrus syrup & whipped yoghurt
Meskouta- a moist classic Moroccan cake from Algiers

After dinner indulgence:
Ghriba
A chewy cookie similar to a macaroon, dusted with cinnamon sugar

As numbers are limited, pre-booking is essential. A deposit of £5 per person is payable when booking. If you do need to cancel your reservation, we’ll require at least two weeks’ notice. After this time all deposits will be non-refundable and
non-transferable to other events.
