- Double Chocolate Fudge Cake (finished with chocolate ganache in the middle & on top),
- Carrot Cake (topped with cream cheese icing),
- Raspberry Bakewell Cake (almond buttercream in the middle & completed with drizzles of glace icing),
- Espresso, Pecan & Bourbon Cake (finished with a mocha buttercream in the middle & on top),
- Gingerbread & Caramel (finished with a cream cheese icing in the middle & on top).

Gluten & Dairy Free Cake:
- Chocolate Orange (a deliciously rich cake with no icing).
